Returns Policy

You may return most new, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper of your choice, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping

We ship directly to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.  Shipping in the USA applies to the continental USA only (i.e. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded).

For your convenience and to keep it simple, there is only one small handling charge of $10.00 applied to an order.  This is only $10.00 regardless of the size of the order.  Any single order over $5,000.00 will be shipped in the USA for FREE.  Estimated shipping, handling and tax charges for your entire order can easily be obtained from within your shopping cart with the press of a button.

When you place an order, the estimated time for arrival at your destination is 3 weeks, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Call a gallery if expedited shipping is required.  There may be an extra charge for expedited shipping.
