Glass Eye Studios, GEG
Glass Eye Studio
Glass Eye Studio was founded by Robert Adamson (a classmate of Dale Chihuly, who worked out of Glass Eye for a time) in 1978 with the mission to provide young glass artists the opportunity to make a living while they develop their artistic voice. Today’s Glass Eye Studio has re-focused on the founding mission by adding multiple aspiring artists to the staff who work in conjunction with the core team of talented glass blowers who made the company strong. At Glass Eye Studio they are passionate about glassblowing and teaching others the techniques and nuances of being a glass artist.
Everything made by Glass Eye Studio is made by hand in Seattle. Although each item will have slight differences because it is produced individually by a skilled artisan, they take great pride in producing consistent, high-quality, and beautiful art glass items at a price that is approachable for all.
